 II Overview                                                                      

ST-13 conductivity type tester is an instrument that uses the principle of thermoelectric potential method and rectification method to identify the semiconductor conductivity type (PN type).

Complete set of instrument: the instrument is composed of a host and two sets of probes. The conductive type P or N is displayed by the nixie tube. The probe is used together with cold and hot probes.

Advantages:

In the thermoelectric potential method, the thermal probe has the function of constant temperature adjustment to meet the needs of conducting type tests with wide range and low resistivity! Both cold and hot probes are plug in type for easy replacement.

In the rectification method, an instrument that uses the principle of rectification method to identify the conductive type of semiconductors, and also has the function of testing heavy doping.

The key components of the instrument adopt special integrated circuits and high-quality chip mounting technology. The instrument has the characteristics of wide identification range, high sensitivity, good stability, convenient use, etc. It is applicable to the needs of semiconductor material factories, semiconductor device factories, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities for conducting type (PN type) testing of wide range, especially low resistivity semiconductor materials!
